Willie White Classic

This tournament is for A, B, C, and C2 (8th grade) levels and runs from July 7th though 10th and is pool play format. This tournament is satisfying the end of the year tournament for the Willie White League, but we are also opening it up to other teams in the state on all four levels. We are scheduling the tournament for these dates because it should be a convienent time that does not conflict with the Connie Mack tournament. If people are interested in scheduling games during the summer with teams in the Willie White League please contact me. Here is what I need from everyone:

How many teams you plan on entering and the levels for each team
If you would like to be a host site let me know. If you host you get a $100 discount on entry fees. I'm going to choose host sites on a first come basis.

Championship Play Format Both levels
4 game pool play. After pool play top 2 teams from each pool will enter Championship Bracket. All other teams will play 1 consolation game. Each team will play 5 games but potentially 7 games if you are in the Championship bracket.
*** 4 game guarantee in case of inclement weather***

Cost- $500
You must provide baseballs for your games.

All games will be played at Cherokee Trail HS and surrounding high school fields.

We will be charging a Gate.

Central Warriors Tournament

The Central Warriors are hosting an 18-under Tournament this summer. It will be a four day tournament June 17th to June 20th. It will be a four game guarantee with the possibility of playing 6 games. There will be a one game guarantee at Suplizio Field.

Parker Slugfest

Facilities — Games will be rotated between Double Angel Ballpark, Chaparral High School, Ponderosa
High School and Legend High School fields. Championships for both Divisions on Sunday atDouble Angel Ballpark.

• Awards — T-shirts to champion team members of both divisions

• Refund policy — $150 administration fee charged for complete rainouts; 1 game played = $50% of entry fee; 2 or more games played = no refund

• Entry Fee — Varsity=$495 JV=$475 Each team to supply 1 dozen game balls

• Registration — Return registration form with $150 non-refundable deposit by April 15th — balance of entry fee due prior to the tournament. Tournament rules and procedures will be provided
to each team
